was snoozing away my saturday afternn.. hah did some work and ciao off to watch tv. yes.. a whole afternoon of cartoon=) loves!
i love Kronk Pepikrankenitz. haha he is so cute. another, but even-tempered, kinder version of jonny bravo. quote: laughing is good, even though you dont know what you are laughing about.
he is so cute and muscular .. haha i wiki-ed him and guess what i found:
~He is also capable of incredible superhuman athletics, such as running from the school to his house and back in mere seconds, climbing a mountain (while having a seat with Yzma riding tied to his body), and so on
i love my saturdays at home!
on a darker side.. i was pretty awe-strucked this morning by the news in the newspaper. have you read yet? Particularly on 2 issues 1. xenotransplant 2. euthanasia
first. they( the scientist) are experimenting with growing organs inside pigs then transplant it into human beings. as such, its like if you got kidney failure, then the surgeons just cut the spoil one and transplant the "human" kidney they grow in pigs into you.
ok. gross.
if thats the case, arent we growing irresponsibilly in some. then, it gives me "an excuse" to binge on junk food, salty, sweet, oily and everything and i cant be bothered, till my kidney cannot take it and i go for transplant. huh ? might as well, smoke till my lungs turn black and filled with tar and nicotine and poisoned the air around my loved ones and till i cannot breathe then opt for transplant of a "humanised-pig" lung. its just so mean la.. no evidence of zi4ai4..
i shall continue.
second. woah.. breather. the woman claims to be a christian and believes that laws of the land should not be based on "religious doctrine" hello! wake up please. lives are not ours to began with. we are merely stewards of the body given to us. i understand the pain of the patient and whats more the burden of the people/caregivers taking care of them. its true that its hard. life isnt fair- you complain. did we not receive grace and mercy, but eventually took it for granted and abuse it? you see?
on a separate note, what are laws of the land based on? eventually, isnt it based on the conscience of men created in the image of God ? killing, murdering, pilfering, coveting, stealing, raping, molesting. if its all tt subjective, tell me then whats the absolute rights and wrong.. oxymoron in itself- only a deceit. sigh..
and its only 1 section of the newspaper -.-" scooting over now before my blood boils. i shall go do something productive..

i got no idea what this mascot is.. haha i took, cause we walked past it/him/her did i mentioned how cheap the taxis are? well see.. $1 is around 23 baht.. the taxis run by 1 baht each time the meter jumps. and it starts from a measly 45 baht .. so cheap right.. how i wish taxis in s'pore didnt jump by $0.20 :( haha the foods stalls are usually by the roadside.. looks really unclean you know.. we didnt really try roadside food, except for the fruits.. which are really fresh and yummy by the way .. rmb bangkok 101: eat fruits in thailand. it good~ haha awesomeness. the messy concrete on the right , its the skyscrapers found in bangkok itself.umm well, not really tt scenic to the eye, but at least its taken from our hotel =) .. memories we left there!!
part II
during the night, we went to chinatown. really cheena... okayy maybe its me, coz i didnt expect it to be quite cheena.. really gives the chinatown vibe. haha theres the medicinal shops selling the ointment and chi herbs and axe brand oil and pi-pa0-gao.. ya.. and plenty! heres the night market yo. plenty of dried shrimps and chestnuts around.
this guy in green was pretty funny. he jumped when i was capturing the shot, but due to the lag in nightshot mode, he became abit blurred. haha. oh yahh.. my purpose wasnt to take his picture can!! its a group of ladies and uncles at the alley. guess what.. they were line dancing la.. how cool is tt. i must be such sua-ku to think tt theres only line dancing in s'pore. heh.. well. thats for you to know too!
last item of day 2.. of course! its the reputable sharks' fin and bird's nest.. the food is so yum. haha no words are sufficient to describe the taste mann! nonetheless, we filled our tummies fat and full. heh. time for workout eh. ! haha till next time. bangkok day 3 =)

More people are killed by cheryl each year than die in aeroplane accidents.
Early thermometers were filled with cheryl instead of mercury.
Contrary to popular belief, cheryl is not successful at sobering up a drunk person, and in many cases she may actually increase the adverse effects of alcohol.
Cheryl was the first Tsar of Russia.
The state nickname of Iowa is 'The cheryl state'.
It took cheryl 22 years to build the Taj Mahal.
Banging your head against cheryl uses 150 calories an hour!
Cheryl can sleep with one eye open.
The first cheryl was made in 1853, and had no pedals!
